ABOUT SEATING AND RESERVATIONS


Due to our limited seating inside and outside of the restaurant:

  1. All of our seats, including the bar seats, are full service and must be sat by our host or other staff member.

  2. We limit the reservations to 1 every 30 minutes only. The remaining tables are on a first come, first serve basis. You can click on the "Reserve your table now" button at the top of the home page to make your reservation. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT TELEPHONE RESERVATIONS FOR PARTIES OF 6 OR LESS. The Chef's Corner is reserved by phone ONLY and must be made at least 5 days prior to your reservation date. Please see the Chef's Corner information for full details on how our VIP section works


FAMILY STYLE & CATERING


We offer Family Style and Catering options via our "Family Style" Menu. Please note that all Orders more than 1 of either of the two size options are considered "Catering" and will have a minimum 20% Gratuity added to your order.


COUPONS


Coupons are for Dine In only with the exception of our own Queso & Chips and/or Loyalty Card (or unless posted otherwise on our site).

Coupons from Yay Local, Groupon, Restaurant.com or any other 3rd party coupon company may not be used towards alcoholic beverages, taxes or tips and may only be used towards regular priced menu items. You may not combine coupons, specials (including weekly specials), offers, etc. Limit 1 Coupon per table. Please note that Restaurant.com has it's own set of rules which you agreed upon when signing up and/or purchasing your coupons.


WEEKLY SPECIAL


Our weekly specials are our way of giving back to those who support us - it's intended for people who follow us or seek us out on the website regularly, etc. So it only goes to say, when you come in for your special, you must let your server know when you are ordering in order to take advantage of our special. Not only does it "get" you the special, but it let's the server know how to ring in your order. Otherwise it will not be mentioned, and you may not get it!

Weekly or Monthly Specials may not be combined with any coupon including our own Queso & Chips Coupon, or our Loyalty Cards, kids eat free, etc. You may use your coupon towards regular priced items if you are not ordering any specials or using other coupons. Third party coupons are not accepted towards any of our specials - if you wish to purchase specials and use your coupons, you will be charged full price, then your coupon may be applied. Although we strive to have sufficient amounts of product available for the course of the day/week, we do not guarantee that we will not sell out of any given item regardless of which item it is (main items or sides). Weekly specials are for Tacos only from our Fusion Tacos Menu unless otherwise noted.

Modifications are limited and the ability to accommodate depends on the modification requested and the kitchen. Substitutions at the discretion of the Chef. Most weekly specials are for dine in, unless otherwise posted.

Kids 12yrs old and under eat Free Entree from the kids menu (one entree per each adult entree purchased). Does not include drinks and sides.


DRINK SPECIALS


Most drink specials are separate from food specials and you can combine those with the food specials being offer - please check with your server. Wine special for Wednesday Night is for dine in only, it is limited to "per person" and only two glasses at the 50% off with the purchase of an entree. No Sharing! There will be a sharing fee of 50% of the original price of wine if shared - in other words, you'll pay full price - sorry, no exceptions!

Policies regarding coupons and specials are subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue and/or substitute any special or change our policies for any reason and at any time.





Dress Code:

Casual Dress. (yes, shoes are required inside)


Animals:

We welcome your pets outside the restaurant in our limited outdoor seating area. Animals should be on a leash for the safety of all patrons.

Special service animals are welcome inside and out. You MUST inform us that your pet is a registered "Service" animal before or upon entering the restaurant with your pet.

PLEASE - do not ask us for dishes, bowls, water container, or glasses outside of what is already provided in the outdoor seating area for your pet. If you must have a special watering bowl or container, you must bring your own with you. We are happy to provide the water.
