Host will provide the following:

Tables, linens, plates (for main entrée, all sides and cake), napkins, glass ware, silverware, etc.

Tables for taco bar/buffet shall be in place and shall have linens already in place and ready for catering set up at least 2 hours prior to service time. Cocktail hour table must have linens already in place and ready at least 1 hour prior to cocktail hour.

Additional services not outlined above are not included in proposal but may be offered for an additional fee. Those items include, but are not limited to, bar set up and tending, cake cutting, water pouring, table service of any kind, trash removal, breakdown of tables/chairs, removal of any rentals, any and all cleaning or services beyond as outlined in proposal above.

ADDITIONAL STAFFING:
If additional staff is needed and/or requested for your event you will be charged an additional amount per additional staff member in the amount of $40.00 per staff member, per hour (charged in 15-minute increments after the allotted time listed in proposal above).
MINIMUM GUARANTEE REQUIREMENT:
A minimum guarantee may be required depending on the type of event you are booking. I.E. Birthday Party, Street Party, Employee Appreciation, etc. Guarantee amount will vary depending on the date, location of event and type of event.
Note:
A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. All balances are due no later than three (3) weeks prior to the event date.
