DUE TO THE NC MANDATE, CUSTOMERS MUST WEAR A MASK TO ENTER THE RESTAURANT FOR SERVICE.

  • A face covering will now be required in all indoor settings if there are non-household members present, regardless of the distance away.
    • Under previous executive orders, face coverings were required indoors only if people were within 6 feet.
    • Under this executive order, face coverings continue to be required in public outdoor settings if individuals are unable to maintain 6 feet of social distance with non-household members.
  • In indoor gyms and fitness facilities, face coverings are now required when people are exercising. 
  • In restaurants, guests are required to wear face coverings at their table unless they are actively eating or drinking.

The executive order’s face covering requirements are now enforceable by law enforcement against individuals.

  • Under previous executive orders, face covering requirements were enforceable only against businesses or organizations that failed to enforce the requirement to wear face coverings. Law enforcement continues to have this authority under this order.

 

We have reopened our restaurant on a limited basis (see Dine-in Services below for details). 
We will continue offering No-Contact pick up services upon request.  Delivery will be done on an "availability" basis.  If the delivery option appears on the online ordering app, it is currently available for the 5 mile radius.  If it is not appearing as an option, please call the restaurant to make sure we are able to deliver for you.  Otherwise, feel free to use Uber Eats or Door Dash.

 

Please remember to be kind, not only to one another, but to those who will be serving you.  This is our first time operating under the strict guidelines required by numerous departments of Government, and we're trying to stay ahead (or at least) up to date with all that is going on.  We are human, and may overlook or miss something in our postings.  If we do, please bring it to our attention so we can look into it and if it needs to be added, or deleted, we can add it.  Some things, like wearing a mask, staying 6 feet apart, washing your hands and using sanitizer are common sense, so we may not mention those in every post.

If you have been exposed to COVID-19 recently or have symptoms of COVID-19 (including a fever, cough, or shortness of breath), please help us keep everyone safe by using our contactless pick up options, do not enter the restaurant.

•If you have any questions about the North Carolina Restaurant Promise, please ask for a manager who will be happy to assist you.

HOW THIS WORKS:

For Dine-In (with our without reservations):

You may now enter the restaurant and wait at the front door.   Or - When you arrive at the restaurant, stay in your car and call us to let us know you are here.  If you are requesting a table, we will request your contact number and will call you back when we have a table ready for you to be seated at. 

Outdoor tables are NOT a first come-first seated basis.  We will seat you at either indoor or outdoor table based on your preference and availability.   Please remember to social distance, wear your mask while waiting for a table. 

Reservations are recommended but not necessary.

 

PICK UP SERVICES:

You may place your order via phone at 919-900-7023 or online (go back to home page and click "Order Online.")     We are not taking Pre-Orders except for the  Family Style Dinners which we prefer to be placed in advance (the day before) if possible.

Please remember, the people packing up and getting your order ready for you are the same people who normally serve you tableside.  This is how they are supporting their families right now - please be generous with your tips.   Thank you.

 

HOW THIS WORKS:

For pick up:

When you arrive at the restaurant, you may come into the restaurant to pick up your order.  Please wait at the door, someone will come up to get your name.  Please be mindful of other people in the area waiting for food or to be seated, and practice your social distancing.

stay in your car and call us to let us know you are here curbside and what vehicle you are in.  (Someone from our team may approach you for your name, in which case you not need to call).   We will bring your order to your vehicle (since our restuarant is open), but you must be parked just outside our restaurant at "our" curb (in front of or on the side of the restaurant).  We apologize, but we are not able to run across the parking lot in all directions to deliver your food.

Coupons, Specials, and other Offer  Policies

COUPONS

Coupons are for Dine In only with the exception of our own Queso & Chips and/or Loyalty Card (or unless posted otherwise on our site).    

Coupons from Yay Local, Groupon, Restaurant.com or any other 3rd party coupon company may not be used towards alcoholic beverages, taxes or tips and may only be used towards regular priced menu items.   You may not combine coupons, specials (including weekly specials), offers, etc.   Limit 1 Coupon per table.   Please note that Restaurant.com has it's own set of rules which you agreed upon when signing up and/or purchasing your coupons.

WEEKLY SPECIAL

Our weekly specials are our way of giving back to those who support us - it's intended for people who follow us or seek us out on the website regularly, etc.    So it only goes to say, when you come in for your special, you must let your server know when you are ordering in order to take advantage of our special.   Not only does it "get" you the special, but it let's the server know how to ring in your order.   Otherwise it will not be mentioned, and you may not get it!   

Weekly or Monthly Specials may not be combined with any coupon including our own Queso & Chips Coupon, or our Loyalty Cards, kids eat free, etc.      You may use your coupon towards regular priced items if you are not ordering any specials or using other coupons.  Third party coupons are not accepted towards any of our specials - if you wish to purchase specials and use your coupons, you will be charged full price, then your coupon may be applied.   Although we strive to have sufficient amounts of product available for the course of the day/week, we do not guarantee that we will not sell out of any given item regardless of which item it is (main items or sides).   Weekly specials are for Tacos only from our Fusion Tacos Menu unless otherwise noted.  Modifications are limited on specials and ability to accommodate depends on the kitchen.   Substitutions at the discretion of the Chef.   Most weekly specials are for dine in or take out, unless otherwise posted.

Kids eat Free is limited to 2 children per table and they may only order from the kids menu.  

DRINK SPECIALS

Most drink specials are separate from food specials and you can combine those with the food specials being offer - please check with your server.  Wine special for Wednesday Night is for dine in only, it is limited to "per person" and only two glasses at the 50% off.  No Sharing!  There will be a sharing fee of 50% of the original price of wine if shared - in other words, you'll pay full price - sorry, no exceptions!

Policies regarding coupons and specials are subject to change.   We reserve the right to discontinue and/or substitute any special or change our policies for any reason and at any time. 

Dress Code:

Casual Dress.   Shirt, shoes, and mask is required for health reasons.
