Our Birria Taco - First Served at Cinco de Mayo 2019 Check it out - it's so good it became so popular that it is now a staple on our Classic Menu! Don't take our word for it - taste for yourself! Some history - traditionally, Birria is eaten on Christmas or New Year's Eve - first as a soup. Then, on the following day, the meat was made into tacos and the tacos dipped into the remaining broth. This originated in Jalisco, Mexico.
